A+ Certification – Personal Computer Service Technician Course
Give your IT experience some industry-recognised accreditation by undertaking a testing program sponsored by CompTIA. Covering both the theoretical and practical components of the A+ examination, the program focuses on PC and peripherals hardware, Windows 2000/2003/XP and basic networking. From installation and configuration, to diagnosing and troubleshooting, it’s the perfect course to upgrade to a career in computer service.

Career Opportunities
This program will prepare students for A+ certification testing at a recognised Prometric Testing Centre (Southbank Institute of Technology is not a Prometric Testing Centre). Exam cost is additional.

How to Apply
Please complete an Enrolment Selection Form and send it to the Southbank Institute of Technology with the appropriate payment. If an enrolment form is not attached, ensure that your name, address, phone number and email address are placed on the list by either emailing us or telephoning the Student Administration & Services on 13 72 48.
