Short Course in Group Exercise Instruction
This program is designed for current fitness instructors wishing to attain additional knowledge and skills in the area of group exercise instruction. Learners are trained to plan and conduct safe, effective and enjoyable group exercise classes for low risk individuals. The program covers a range of different class styles to achieve a variety of fitness objectives. This program is recognised for 7 CEC’s (Continuing Education Credits).

Entry Criteria
Pre-requisites include completion of the Certificate III in Fitness, or equivalent skills gained through previous training or work experience to meet Certificate III in Fitness pre-requisites. Applicants must be able to substantiate their ability to meet these pre-requisites with relevant documentation.

Short program: 8 weeks - one evening per week (6pm - 9pm)
