Arriving in Brisbane
Upon arrival in Brisbane, an AusAID staff member will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation. Southbank Institute arranges temporary accommodation for you in a hotel close to the Southbank campus for your first two weeks. The cost of the temporary accommodation is paid for by your establishment allowance.
You should expect it to take between one and two weeks to find permanent accommodation.
Returning home
Students that have completed their ADS scholarship are required to attend a travel home seminar.
