- Students from Assessment Level 3 and Level 4 countries will need to apply for their Pre-Visa Assessment (PVA).
- Pay tuition fees
Before the expiry date on the Offer of Place, you should:
- Pay tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) as stated on your offer of place. Note: Your OSHC card will be mailed to your Australian home address. You will need to register your details with OSHC to receive your card, after you have arrived in Australia.
- Sign and return the attached Southbank Institute International Services Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions Policy.
- Send the required documentation to show that conditions have been met (if your offer is conditional).
- Receive your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)
You will be sent:
- Southbank Institute's Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) for International Students
- A receipt for your payment
If you are currently studying in Brisbane, you will need to apply for a visa extension. Apply for a student visa extension on the Department of Immigration and Citizenship Website, http://www.immi.gov.au or visit the International Student Support Officer.
- Apply for your student visa
The Australian Embassy must see your:
- Receipt from Southbank Institute
- Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) for International Students
- Offer of Place
Please note: Your payment for OSHC must be made before arriving in Australia.

- Arrange your travel
- Welcome to Southbank Institute

ii. Fax or post the following supporting documents to Southbank Institute.
Southbank Institute will send you an Offer of Place. This may be a Conditional Offer made on the basis that you meet certain requirements.

If, for any reason you cannot arrive to commence your program, you must advise Southbank Institute International Services before the commencement date.
