It provides vocational training in the theoretical and practical aspects of Interior Design for students who wish to enter the industry as a technician. It develops practical skills in planning and undertaking refurbishments based on an interior designer’s concept. The program covers design sketches, construction methodology, manual and computer-generated technical drawings, presentation of design concepts to clients and selection of materials, colour schemes, fabrics, furniture, fixtures and finishes.
