Retail
Southbank Institute of Technology offers certificate programs in retail operations and retail management providing students with a broad range of skills from sales assistant to sales supervisor to first-line manager. These include:
- customer service,
- merchandising,
- loss prevention and
- other retail relevant units.
The Diploma of Retail Management focuses on advanced skills in strategic planning, sales management, store security and personnel management.
