International student learns to communicate in English
I studied the Foundation Course for International Students at Southbank Institute for six months and enjoyed my classes immensely. I found all my lecturers to be generous, kind and patient with all the students.
My lecturers helped me to successfully complete my studies.
I learned how to communicate in English in written and oral forms, and also learned computer skills.
I highly recommend Southbank Institute as a place to study.

Foundation Course for International Students graduate
For many years we have been setting the standard in English language and literacy education for adults, migrants, the disabled and overseas students studying in Australia.
We have also provided excellent foundations for those preparing for tertiary studies, trade certificates, the armed forces or to simply get a better job. Furthermore, our Communication @ Work team is renowned for enhancing workplace efficiency by improving communication skills within organisations.
We are the only education provider in Queensland offering an interpreting training program and professional development programs in health interpreting and legal interpreting. We are also the state's only provider of the Australian Sign Language (AUSLAN) training program for working with the hearing impaired. Whatever challenges our students face, they're on the road to success with Southbank Institute.
