Bakery
Southbank Institute of Technology offers courses in baking ranging from pre-trade to certificate level, including apprenticeships. We provide training in:
- the basics of bakery operations,
- bread and pastry baking,
- cake and pastry decorating,
- food safety practices,
- client service and
- bakery hygiene requirements.
