Southbank Institute of Technology’s College of Tourism and Hospitality offers a comprehensive range of certificate courses in hospitality covering the areas of food and beverage and accommodation services and gaming as found in hotels, motels, restaurants and clubs, as well as a Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Our Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management links to Griffith University's bachelor program and combines academic studies and industry training through an internship supervised by the university.
The Diploma of Hospitality Management is also recognised by the University of Queensland through its Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management.
