Technical FAQs

Below is a list of frequently asked questions and answers that many of our students have asked when enquiring about technical support for online learning.

These might help answer some of your own questions. If your question is not answered here, please email it to us and we will respond as soon as possible.

Why can't I access my online material?

Your Username and Password are case sensitive. Check you have used upper and lower case in the correct places. Check the use of the letter "l", capital "I" and number 1 - they all look similar.

Why can't I enrol online?

The full information for enrolling online is shown on the screen. Please check you have read the instructions carefully.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Contact the help desk on 1300 725 353.

What software do I need for my online programs?

You will need a web browser and a word processing program as outlined in the requirements section. Some programs may require additional software, which will be listed in the program outline. In some programs you may also need plug-ins. A plugin is software that works with your browser to allow you to see and experience interactive content, such as animation.

Some online programs feature audio and video and you may require a media player such as the Windows Media Player to access these sections. These are available as free downloads.
