Aproval to enrol in these programs must be obtained from the Management of Broadband Field Services, Telstra. Applications for enrolment should be lodged with the relevant contracting company performing services on behalf of Broadband Field Services, Telstra.
CATV Customer Equipment Course
To gain accreditation in the CATV Customer Equipment Course the following three (3) online courses must be completed together with the CATV log book:
- Customer Service
- Wiring Customer Premises and
- CATV Customer Equipment
Cable Modem Course
To gain accreditation in the Cable Modem Course the following three (3) online courses must be completed together with the Cable Modem log book:
- Customer Service
- Wiring customer Premises and
- Cable Modem
How to Enrol
Please choose only one method of enrolment.
By Online Enrolment Form
An online enrolment form is available for personal or corporate/group enrolment.
Complete the online enrolment form.
By Phone
Call 13 72 48 during the following hours:
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm (Queensland time)
You can pay by credit card (AMEX, Bankcard MasterCard or Visa), cheque.

Please note: Payment for group enrolments can be made by credit card or cheque. Payment for single enrolment can be made by credit card or cheque, however cheques will only be accepted if sending enrolment by post.
After enrolment
Once you have enrolled and paid, you will be issued a username and password
to access the online learning website. Instructions will be sent to you via email.
