Network Site Induction Training Program
(This is a new course introduced in February 2008 which combines the Site induction and Working in Network Sites courses)

It is a Telstra requirement that the program is completed every three years.
When you successfully complete the assessment, you will be notified of your grade immediately while on line. Your sequence number will normally be provided within one working day for the issuance of Electronic Access Cards (EAC’s card) or keys as appropriate.
The learning web site presents the complete components of the Network Site Induction Training Program which is mandatory for all contractor personnel who are required to enter, exit or be present in Telstra Network Facilities.
Note: Your enrolment provides you with two attempts at completing the assessment which must be completed within 28 days of enrolment. You should ensure that you read and understand the learning materials before attempting the assessment.

By Online Enrolment Form (Credit Card)
An online enrolment form is available for personal or corporate/group enrolment.
Complete the online enrolment form You will be contacted within 48 hours for payment details.
By Phone (Credit Card)
Call 13 72 48 during the following hours:
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm (Queensland time)
You can pay by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa).
By Fax (Credit Card)

Please note: Payment for group enrolments can be made by credit card or cheque. Payment for single enrolment can be made by credit card or cheque, however cheques will only be accepted if sending enrolment by post.

After enrolment
Once you have enrolled and paid, you will be sent an email with a username and password together with instructions for accessing the online learning website.
