Online Enrolments

To enrol successfully online please check you have the following

• [+] An email address

  Your email address must be recorded in our enrolment system for you to gain access to the Student Self Service website. If we do not have your email address or if you have changed your email address, contact Southbank on 13 72 48 for assistance. If you do not have an email address you can obtain one by searching any of the popular search engines for ‘free email’, then advise Southbank to record it on your personal information.


• [+] An enrolment pack

  You will need the details included on your yellow web enrolment form and timetable to enrol.
  Refer to the web enrolment form in your enrolment pack for the delivery package number and authorisation code. Use your supplied timetable to select your classes.
  


• [+] Concession details (if applicable)

  All government-funded programs make concessions available to eligible students. If a concession applies to your program, the concession amount will appear on the Select Classes web page. You must have a valid concession card such as a Centrelink Pension, Healthcare or DVA at the time of enrolment.
  If you are claiming an ATSI or under 17 concession please ensure you provide evidence of this concession to Student Administration and Services within five working days.

• [+] Payment details

  Fees must be paid upfront each semester at the time of enrolment. Enrolment and payment MUST occur prior to class commencement.

  Credit Card VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

  Register for BPAY with your banking institution, if you haven’t already done so. You only have to do this once. Allow sufficient time for your bank to set up your BPAY.

  Australia Post BillPay. Please ensure you take your Confirmation of Enrolment to an Australia Post outlet and finalise payment by 5pm the next business day. Australia Post accepts payments between $0.05 and $10,000.00.
