Online Enrolments

Student Self Service provides a fast and effective way of enrolling online and managing your student records. It also allows you to quickly and easily change your personal details, view your academic records and make payments to your student account.

Enrolling at Southbank Institute of Technology

Each semester prior to enrolment, Southbank students will receive an email containing enrolment information required to enrol online.

Some student groups are exempt from using the Internet enrolment service. Find out about online enrolment exemptions.

Once you receive your enrolment email, follow these steps to enrol.

  1. Log in to Student Self Service (SSS)
    Current Students and/or QTAC Applicants do not need to register.
    Current Students Click Here
    You may need to reset your password Show me (video) (For security purposes your password for Student Self Service needs to be reset every 30 days).
    QTAC Students Click Here
    Your student number is listed in your enrolment pack email and your password has been emailed to you (email from TAFE QLD).
    New Students Click Here
    Show Me (video) - Register to create your student number and password. Once you have received your student number and password via email, use the Current Student button.
  2. Enrol (click Enrol once Student Self Service is open) - Use your WEB enrolment form and timetable. – Show me (video)
  3. Pay - Choose your payment method and if applicable note payment deadlines.
  4. Print/email your Enrolment Confirmation.
