For Principals and STEP Coordinators

Registrations for 2009 are now closed.

School registration, student registration and expressions of interest in STEP 2009 have now closed. Thank you to all the Principals, STEP Co-ordinators, Students and Parents who have made STEP 2009 so successful.

Students who have enrolled in STEP 2009 CONGRATULATIONS!!! Southbank Institute will send further information to you regarding your orientation and commencement date for 2009 in November.

STEP HUB will again open for school registration, student registration and expressions of interest for STEP 2010 on the 1 August 2009.

The Principal is the only person authorised to register their school for participation in STEP. The school must be registered for STEP before students can register their interest in the program. As part of the schools registration, the Principal must nominate a STEP Coordinator for their school.

The STEP Coordinator acts as the liaison between the school, parent and Southbank Institute of Technology. The STEP Coordinator assists students wishing to register with STEP HUB, provides recommendations to the Principal regarding students wishing to take part in STEP Diplomas, and coordinates their school's students enrolled in the program. Upon activation of the STEP Coordinators account, a school code will be issued to the coordinator. Interested students need this code to register their interest in STEP.

Students who are interested in taking part in STEP must firstly register with STEP HUB using the school code. Once registered, students are able to apply for an Expression of Interest pack. Students will require Parent/Guardian consent before applying for this pack.
