Graduation Ceremony
Graduation at Southbank Institute of Technology enables you to participate in a memorable and enjoyable event which is specially organised for you.
At Southbank Institute of Technology, two graduation ceremonies are offered. Students graduating from diploma and advance diploma courses and students graduating from certificate III and IV Faculty of Health, Human Services and Applied Science.
Cost for Diploma or Advanced Diploma Graduation
Graduation costs A$40.00 for you (including gown hire), and A$11.00 for each guest you bring. (GST is included in these prices.) You may bring a maximum of three guests. All children except infants will require a guest entry ticket to attend graduation.
Remember your success with photos and memorabilia. To remind you of your achievement, you are invited to purchase:
- photos: You can order professional photos on the night from our official photographer.
- graduation DVD: A DVD of your graduation can be ordered when you register or after the ceremony.
Special Offer: Gown Hire, two guest tickets and DVD of ceremony $75.00 (normally $92.00).
Cost for Certificate III and IV Faculty of Health, Human Services and Applied Science
Graduation costs A$10.00 for you (including gown hire)
Tickets
Your ticket and guest tickets will now be available on the day of your graduation ceremony for you to collect. They will not be mailed out to you. Please collect your tickets upon arrival (before you collect your gown) from the registration desk in front of the C Block Auditorium, Ground Floor.
Dress
Smart casual. Graduates will wear Southbank Institute’s designer graduation gowns and collars. You can pick up your gown at the registration desk.
