At Southbank Institute, we have policies and procedures to ensure that our student, staff, client and institute needs are met. These policies and procedures are in place to create a friendly and productive atmosphere and to enhance your learning experience.
Please note that Southbank Institute may withhold the issuing of results of assessment, qualifications or awards until the student has paid all fees. This also applies to apprentices and trainees.
